Pretty Good Crack How Do I Fix A Weight Bearing Brick Wall?

How do i fix a weight bearing brick wall? - pretty good crack

Me and my partner is seeking to acquire an old commercial buildings and is certainly the right price. The only major problem is that it has been moved, creating a very good size with a weight of finishing interior walls on the second floor. This fixed wall may have an additional $ 2,000 per month. Is there an effective way to solve this problem? The crack is about 1 cm wide and runs diagonally across the window sill and extends over 10 feet toward the ceiling.

something that is installed and if the motion is only necessary to do to clean the joints and the point on the wall ... is probably 3 or 4 wide ... You see the cracks visible on the outside? It is a window on the first floor, where it is broken ... See the fall from the window when it ...

Dr. is just that it is difficult to evaluate something without seeing it. However, the building is still in what he does not seem an impossible task to tackle and solve.

Crack is obviously uncomfortable, but not specific about the size of the wall. Width and height. Drywall is not too great, if you pass the time and the skin in order to cover the crack. I belly from the point of first crack, of course, but it is an option and in my humble opinion.

If you correctly held as a load-bearing wall (and
"Window" suggests that this is) an outer wall, the problem
is that it supports from below.
